Prostate-specific antigen, is a common marker used to detect prostate cancer, although it is known to be a poor prognostic marker(@duijvesz2015aImmuno-based detection of extracellular vesicles in urine as diagnostic marker for prostate cancer: Extracellular vesicles as marker for PCa).

Another possibility would be to look at CD9 and CD63 in extracelluar vesicles, for example Extracellular vesicles as markers for prostate cancer.
